Hospitrade Stock is a mobile-first stock control app for dental practices. Scan an item in, scan it out at the chair, and always know what you hold, what is expiring and what needs reordering. No patient data is ever stored — stock cupboard only.
What the app does
Barcode scanning built for the surgery
Scan with your phone camera or a USB/Bluetooth HID scanner. Stock is used oldest-expiry-first (FEFO) automatically, so nothing goes out of date at the back of the cupboard.
Batch and expiry tracking
Every item is stored as a batch with its lot number and expiry date. The expiry board shows what is expiring in the next 30, 60 and 90 days.
Low-stock alerts on the dashboard
When a product drops to your reorder level — or the last few units are left — the dashboard flags it so a nurse can act before you run out mid-list.
One-tap reordering
Hospitrade items go straight to our order inbox. Items from other suppliers are grouped into a copyable list you can email to them in seconds.
Immutable audit trail
Every receipt, use and adjustment is recorded with who did it and when. Nothing can be silently edited or deleted.
Multi-user, multi-site
Owners, managers and nurses each get the right level of access, across as many rooms, cupboards and sites as your practice runs.
What it costs
